Do you serve both retail and wholesale customers?
Yes. You can shop at retail prices right away. If you run a business, you can apply for wholesale access from the "Apply for Wholesale Access" page — once approved, you will see wholesale pricing on your account.
How long does wholesale approval take?
Our team reviews every application individually. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
Why do some orders need to be split into two?
Our products ship from two warehouses (Germany and Turkey). If your order contains items from both, they need to be placed as two separate orders so each can be shipped and invoiced correctly. You can save the second item to your wishlist and order it separately.
How is shipping cost calculated?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight, using our logistics partner Navlungo.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I return a product?
Yes, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page for the full process.
Can I save products for later without buying them now?
Yes. You can create up to 10 named wishlists and ask to be notified by email when an out-of-stock product becomes available again.
