Where We Ship From

Our products are stocked in two warehouses: Germany and Turkey. Each product page shows where that specific item ships from. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

Orders With Mixed Warehouses

If your shopping list contains products from both warehouses, you will need to place two separate orders — one for each warehouse — since each warehouse ships and invoices independently. If you try to add a product from a different warehouse to your current cart, we will let you know and offer to save it to your wishlist instead, so you can order it separately.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order, based on your address and the warehouse your items ship from. International deliveries may be subject to customs processing, which can affect delivery times outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout using our logistics partner Navlungo, based on your delivery location and order weight. The exact cost is always shown before you confirm payment.

Wholesale Orders

Approved wholesale customers follow the same shipping and checkout process as retail customers; only product pricing differs.
